Field Street Cottages

With convenience front of mind, our cottages are centrally located to everything you could need during your stay; a supermarket complex across the road, a cafe perfect for brunch/coffees on the corner, the Shiraz Trail a minutes' walk away, and of course the Mclaren Vale wine region on your doorstep.

There are seemingly endless award-winning cellar doors and distilleries to visit, a multitude of walking tracks, and the serene Maslin’s beach just a ten-minute drive away. However you choose to spend your time here, you'll feel like it's never long enough.

A smart lock is fitted to the entry door of both cottages.

An access code specific to your booking will be sent to you in the days leading up to your stay, and will only function during your booking period.

The code is simply entered into the smart lock keypad located just above the door handle, followed by the open button (labelled ULTRALOQ) at the bottom of the keypad. Wait for the lock to open and turn the handle to enter your cottage stay.

To lock the door, simply close the door and push the ULTRALOQ button at the bottom of the keypad.

The bins are conveniently located in the utilities area between the two cottages, accessible through a gate in the fence. You'll find both the rubbish and recycling bins inside.

Original Cottage:

Maximum of 4 guests. Beds can be configured as 2 king beds, or 1 king and 2 singles.

Studio Retreat:

Maximum of 2 guests. King bed.

Separate and ample off-street parking is available for both cottages.

The studio's driveway extends past the original cottage and is located at the rear of the property.

Strictly no smoking on the property.

Extra cleaning fees will apply.

Apologies, we have a strict no pets' policy.

Strictly no parties or events to be held on the premises.

Cancellations notified at least 30 days prior to arrival date are entitled to a full refund.

• If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be given for all nights booked.

• If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund is given.

• Guests may also receive a full refund if cancellation in made within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests do not arrive, or stay for the entire number of nights booked, no refund will be given. 

* We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected situations requiring late cancellation of bookings.

Yes, for the safety and security of our guests and property, there is an external security camera monitoring each driveway.

Our cottages are able to be booked together and will sleep 6 in total.

A joint booking will allow access to the entire property and its facilities. A private gate will be unlocked for seamless access between the two dwellings.

Yes, longer stays are welcomed.

A 30% discount will be applied to the total booking fee of either the studio or original cottage, for bookings of 28 days or more.
